COBRA Account Specialist
A company is looking for a COBRA Account Specialist to join their Client Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional phone and email support to COBRA clients and their brokers or carriers
Manage COBRA rate renewals, open enrollment tasks, and custom reporting
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to anticipate and meet unique client needs
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in COBRA administration, customer service, or phone support
Strong knowledge of COBRA regulations and familiarity with medical, FSA, HSA, and HIPAA concepts
Proven ability to meet SLAs or performance targets in a client-facing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based support/phone systems
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting
