Key Responsibilities Manage the New Hire Onboarding program and lead the new hire process Maintain HRIS data integrity and analyze employee-related data for accuracy Support and manage new projects and initiatives across the global workforce Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a high-growth people operations team At least 1 year of Workday experience required; backend knowledge preferred Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships Experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing urgent needs Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
