HR Manager, Employee Relations
A company is looking for an HR Manager, Performance, Engagement & Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance management, engagement, and employee relations activities
Drive change management initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Oversee employee engagement processes and develop strategies to enhance workplace culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience required
10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, particularly in change management and employee engagement
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and practices
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred
