A company is looking for a Supervisor of Pharmacy Care, National Remote. Key Responsibilities: Manage a call center of 20+ associates focused on medication adherence for patients Develop and improve standard operating procedures and provide training to team members Analyze call center metrics and prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or higher 3+ years of call center experience 2+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience Access to a secure workspace and high-speed internet connection
