Key Responsibilities Create and complete accurate referrals and applications into a centralized customer relationship management platform Resolve patients' questions and concerns regarding their journey status Enter detailed information into company software while conversing via telephone and maintain quality patient interactions Required Qualifications High School education required 2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience desired Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred Knowledge of insurance billing methods and general pharmacy operations is a plus
