Precision Medicine Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Precision Medicine Operations Lead to support the generation and delivery of quality biomarker samples and data for an oncology portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop tools and dashboards for sample/data tracking and oversee operations related to samples and data integrity Utilize programming languages to clean and process data, and aggregate key information from operational reports Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and resolve sample-related issues with labs Required Qualifications: Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, Perl, SQL, and MATLAB Familiarity with APIs, database and dashboard development, and Linux/Unix environments Experience in process development, project management, and vendor management Advanced knowledge of Excel Ability to analyze sample interdependencies and manage project risks
