A company is looking for a Research & Development Manager who will lead food innovation initiatives and ensure ingredient quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead product development processes and manage projects from conception to commercialization Direct and manage suppliers to optimize and commercialize ingredients in alignment with development goals Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to gather consumer feedback and adjust products accordingly Required Qualifications B.S. or higher in Food Science, Food Technology; culinary background preferred 5-7 years of experience in the food-related industry Strong knowledge of food and beverage product development with a successful track record Understanding of how product development impacts business operations and finance Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
