Key Responsibilities Build and improve systems across IT, Security, Compliance, and Support Lead operational readiness projects, including HIPAA compliance and access audits Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure operational maturity Required Qualifications Strong experience in at least one core domain: IT, Security, Compliance, Engineering, or Support Proven experience designing processes and teams in early-stage or high-growth startups Technically fluent, with the ability to read/write code and interpret logs Self-starter with high ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments Effective collaborator across multiple teams with a bias toward action
