Product Manager, Ticketing
A company is looking for a Product Manager, VIP Experience & Ticketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of products integrating with major ticketing platforms and payment systems for seamless VIP access
Own end-to-end product strategy and execution, from research and scoping to delivery and optimization
Collaborate with teams to shape UX and membership flows that enhance user engagement and premium value perception
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in entertainment ticketing or related domains
Strong understanding of the ticketing ecosystem, including venue operations and fraud mitigation
Proven ability to work across technical, operational, and partner-facing teams
Excellent product intuition with a focus on shipping and experimentation
Comfort navigating uncertainty in early-stage environments with lean resources
