Project Manager - NOC Automation
A company is looking for a Project Manager - NOC Projects, Automation, & Ticketing Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for NOC-related initiatives including process automation and ticketing platform migration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish delivery milestones
Manage vendor relationships and develop detailed project documentation including plans and status reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field preferred, or high school diploma with relevant experience required
PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification strongly preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in a telecom or NOC environment
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in software development or scripting with a focus on automation preferred
Proven experience managing technical projects involving automation and service management/ticketing platforms
