Technical Support Advisor
A company is looking for a Customer Care and Technical Support Advisor. Key Responsibilities Address student families' concerns and provide introductory information to new users Resolve inbound customer calls and inquiries while troubleshooting hardware and software issues Document information into a web-based ticketing system and participate in internal training programs Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong computer knowledge with the ability to type at least 25 wpm Must be at least 18 years old and reside in an approved state Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new technology systems Previous computer experience in building, configuring, and troubleshooting
