Project Manager with Certification

A company is looking for a Scientific Research Project Manager to lead a complex federal program supporting the NIH Office of Portfolio Analysis. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the principal liaison to NIH representatives and oversee day-to-day program operations Provide strategic direction to team leads and monitor program performance through various reports Establish a quality management system and ensure compliance with NIH standards while managing project documentation Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 5 years' experience managing federal government contracts, preferably with NIH or HHS Active certification in project/program management, such as PMP, CAPM, or CSM Demonstrated experience in overseeing complex programs involving research, bioinformatics, or AI/ML initiatives Expertise in managing multidisciplinary technical teams in a dynamic environment
