A company is looking for a Lead Brand Designer to join their brand design team. Key Responsibilities Lead projects for the brand team and manage client communication and tasks Mentor and guide fellow team members Define and create a visual language as an extension of the brand and maintain a cohesive brand experience Required Qualifications A portfolio showcasing brand and visual design work with a strong design sensibility Ability to prototype in design tools such as Figma or Illustrator Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively Experience engaging in constructive design critiques Ability to prioritize tasks and iterate quickly
