Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee loan processes and client interactions. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships and serve as a primary contact for loan applicants Review and analyze financial documents to make informed lending decisions Communicate loan decisions to borrowers with professionalism and empathy Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, mathematics, finance, or a related field preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a lending institution Strong understanding of small business financials, including income statements and balance sheets General knowledge of commercial or small business credit, preferably in a mission-based or SBA loan department Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
