Remote Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
Answer heavy call volume in a remote call center environment
Address patient questions and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
Determine resolutions to customer issues while adhering to client rules and expectations
Required Qualifications
Strong computer skills with a basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Some insurance billing knowledge preferred; full training provided
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Able to handle pressure and maintain composure in high-volume situations
Must be punctual and dependable
