A company is looking for an AI Architect Leader to manage and mentor a team of technical architects within the Data Excellence team. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-15 technical architects, fostering their professional growth Serve as a technical expert for complex architectural challenges and engage with customers to ensure successful project delivery Champion training initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team and organization Required Qualifications Proven experience leading and managing a team of technical professionals, preferably in a Professional Services environment Practical experience guiding enterprise customers on the strategic use of Agentforce Salesforce AI Specialist certification and Agentblazer Innovator status required Experience with AI-related data integration technologies and concepts Strong understanding of data management concepts within and outside of Salesforce
