Renewals Manager
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to lead the renewals process and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to enhance customer contracts and relationships
Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and ensure on-time commitments
Negotiate and execute renewal contracts while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management within an Enterprise SaaS organization
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing large, complex contracts
Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners and customer-facing teams
Ability to create new processes and initiatives to grow business strategically
Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
