Renewals Manager
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to support customer retention and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead calls and presentations for customer stakeholders, providing insights throughout the renewal cycle
Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals and ensure timely booking of POs and Order Forms
Achieve quarterly revenue goals tied to retention, growth, and term extension of existing contracts
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, renewals, sales, or customer success
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a large volume of renewals
Proven track record of success in achieving renewal quotas
Understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, and IronClad
