Key Responsibilities
Manage a book of business for renewals, ensuring timely closure
Maximize customer retention and drive price increases during renewals
Collaborate with various teams to address complex renewal scenarios and maintain data quality in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Experience with Salesforce and other business programs
Strong understanding of subscription-based renewals and process improvement
Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
