Renovation Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Renovation Processor responsible for managing renovation loan processing and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before underwriting Assemble and verify the complete loan package and required documentation for underwriting Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary third-party documentation Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience 3+ years of renovation loan processing and/or contractor validation experience Experience with Encompass loan origination software is preferred Working knowledge of mortgage-related regulations, including RESPA and Regulation Z
