A company is looking for a Retirement Service Center Specialist I (Remote). Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day phone support for retirement plans, managing inbound and outbound calls while identifying client needs and providing solutions Respond to high volumes of team and personal emails, mail, and voicemails in real time to ensure a positive customer experience Assist in project work for Client Services and update procedure documents as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Three years of highly engaged customer service experience Experience with retirement plans is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook ASPPA designation preferred
