Key Responsibilities Enhance the THCB Governance program through documentation and creation of procedures Support THCB Management in the lifecycle of the Issue Management Program, including issue identification and monitoring Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risk events and drive change management communication among 1st LOD stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience or High School/GED with 8 years of experience Strong knowledge of laws and regulations for large financial institutions Experience in Risk and Controls and/or Issue Management Ability to develop meaningful presentations Understanding of business strategy and risk profile
