A company is looking for a Process & Implementation Analyst - Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Gather and define system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders Assist in configuring and implementing changes within system tooling as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in process analysis, system implementation, or a related role Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design Hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration experience Proficiency with process documentation tools (Visio) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence) Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experience)
