Key Responsibilities Design and build responsive interfaces using Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, Stimulus, and Tailwind CSS Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to launch new features efficiently Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser behavior while writing clean, maintainable code Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade frontends on Ruby on Rails or a modern JS framework Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS tooling such as Tailwind and PostCSS Solid JavaScript skills (ES6+) with a good understanding of progressive enhancement Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs Comfortable with Git and an agile, remote workflow
