A company is looking for a Patient Assessment Standards Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Coordinates data collection and ensures supporting documentation is present Provides education to staff regarding the IRF-PAI process and maintains communication among all stakeholders Assumes accountability for the management of practice and verifies the accuracy of IRF-PAI records Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in nursing or Master's Degree in PT, OT, or SLP 2 years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility or similar setting 2 years of experience with functional assessment tools (FIM, QI functional assessment tool) Licensed as an RN, PT, OT, or SLP in the State of Pennsylvania upon hire Knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation regulations and the IRF-PAI
