Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers during their trial
Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding journey and share user insights
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in SMB sales, customer onboarding, or customer success
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex products
Experience with CRM software and onboarding tools
Familiarity with SaaS or no-code/low-code platforms is preferred
