A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Leader who will develop and scale enablement programs to support various sales teams. Key Responsibilities Design and oversee onboarding and training programs for new sales representatives Create and maintain sales enablement content in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing Evaluate and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college 5+ years in sales or sales effectiveness roles, preferably in fast-growing SaaS environments Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive results Experience with change management and a passion for supporting sales success Experience leading a team is preferred
