Desktop Services Manager
A company is looking for a Manager of Desktop Services to oversee and maintain desktop infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the desktop infrastructure, including devices and printers across multiple branches Develop and implement long-term strategies for desktop management, ensuring alignment with company goals Lead a team of IT Technicians, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop management, with previous people management preferred Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, Intune, Group Policy, SCCM, and Azure AD General knowledge of desktop and printer management best practices Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are preferred
