A company is looking for a Sales Engineer to engage customers and provide technical product support for their software solutions. Key Responsibilities Become an expert in the SafeSend Suite and provide technical product advice and demonstrations Partner with sales representatives to support pre and post-sales activities and enhance customer adoption Assist in creating customer-facing content and provide internal training on the SafeSend Returns product Required Qualifications Experience in presenting and delivering technical demonstrations Knowledge of the Public Accounting space and professional tax preparation is preferred Experience with cloud-based technology is preferred Ability to work collaboratively across different teams Strong organizational and time management skills
