Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales leaders to identify and forecast talent needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Lead performance management processes and support talent development initiatives
Monitor workforce metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform talent strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering and talent management
Proven track record of collaborating with Sales leaders on talent strategies
Proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools
HRM-SCP, SPHR, or relevant HR certifications are preferred
