A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as a primary technical advisor to customers post-sale. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain the role as the customer's primary technical advisor Onboard new data sources and implement custom integrations into customer environments Provide training and guidance to customer technical resources for managing Glean Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of technical consulting experience, or a Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience Software development experience in at least two programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go Experience with API and custom data integration in a Hybrid or SaaS environment Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure Experience in Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, or Professional Services
