Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic insights partner to senior leadership, translating customer signals into strategic decisions
Define and socialize an insights roadmap that aligns with marketing and sales strategies
Lead foundational studies and manage brand health and creative-testing programs to influence go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
12+ years in B2B, sales, or marketing insights with 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven experience in data-driven storytelling influencing brand positioning and product launches
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods and survey design
Applied knowledge of AI tools for research automation and insight acceleration
Experience with global research, particularly in the UK and Australia, is a plus
