Telecommunications Porting Specialist

A company is looking for an International Telecommunications Porting Specialist (Ireland). Key Responsibilities Prepare, process, and submit orders to carriers and vendors for installations, moves, changes, and disconnects of telephone numbers and products Resolve porting issues and ensure smooth porting for customers while tracking the life cycle of provisioning orders Support customer inquiries related to number/product provisioning and assist in process improvements for efficiency and quality Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Adobe Acrobat Experience in customer service within telecommunications, particularly local number portability Understanding of local voice telecommunications services, including VOIP and SIP Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively
