Senior Benefits Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst (Leave Administrator) to oversee the leave of absence process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the US leave of absence process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for managers, employees, HR, and payroll regarding leave management
Research, develop, and implement new benefit programs while overseeing vendor relationships and administrative activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
Five or more years of experience in leave and benefits administration
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of HRIS software (UKG) or other HCM systems preferred
Demonstrated ability to implement new processes and initiatives
