Key Responsibilities Processes benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy Assists AVA Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed Assists lead with team quality audits and may help with new hire onboarding and interview processes Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, with at least one year in a medical/healthcare role involving benefit and/or authorization Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously Experience navigating and training to multiple payor portals Healthcare/medical billing experience preferred
