Senior Commercial Real Estate Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager to support their APAC portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end real estate transactions across APAC, including renewals, expansions, relocations, and lease exits Act as the key liaison to senior business leaders, real estate brokers, and legal teams, presenting financial analyses and strategic recommendations Track market trends and assess opportunities for lease adjustments while monitoring facility conditions and operating costs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field 5-7 years of experience managing commercial real estate transactions across international markets Proven track record in lease negotiation, TI management, and stakeholder engagement Fluent in English and one additional language (Spanish, French, German, or Dutch) Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L, ROI, and expense structures
