Patron Services Specialist
A company is looking for a Patron Services Specialist to enhance the experience of its patrons.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a responsive point of contact for patrons across multiple platforms, reinforcing the organization's service-driven reputation
Manage multiple work streams and internal tools to deliver timely, accurate support
Investigate and resolve issues regarding content in a fast and detailed manner
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in customer service, trust & safety, content moderation, or quality assurance
Comfortable moderating sensitive or controversial content involving current events and online discourse
Must be a flexible self-starter able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving globally-distributed remote team
Positive, service-minded attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
Proficiency in online tools such as tracking systems, Google workspace tools, Slack, and Zendesk; some experience with coding or scripting is preferred
