A company is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners to ensure program awareness and operational efficiency Lead partnership negotiations and develop long-term strategies to enhance offerings and increase revenue Monitor partnership performance and provide reports on successes, challenges, and areas for improvement Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in sales or partner management, preferably in benefits administration or the insurance industry In-depth knowledge of benefit administration processes and insurance carrier structures Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM software Bachelor's Degree preferred, but equivalent job experience is acceptable
