Senior IT Service Management Advisor
A company is looking for a Senior Advisor in IT Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Incident Management process to ensure quick resolution of IT service disruptions
Drive the Problem Management process to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes
Oversee the Change Management process to assess, approve, and implement changes with minimal risk
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
ITIL certification preferred; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Service Management
Proficiency in ITSM tools, particularly Jira Service Management
In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
