Key Responsibilities: Provide support in probate and estate planning matters Draft estate planning documents and prepare asset lists and inventories for probate cases Manage case files and coordinate with clients and court personnel Required Qualifications: 3+ years of recent paralegal experience in estate planning and/or probate law Experience with estate planning software and probate practice management tools Bachelor's degree Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to work independently in a remote environment
