A company is looking for a Senior Learning Consultant to provide strategic consulting and learning solutions for enterprise organizations. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to develop L&D strategies and learning technology solutions Conduct learning needs analysis and lead collaborative client workshops Support business development by providing L&D expertise and preparing proposals Required Qualifications 10-plus years of experience in solutions architecture to achieve business outcomes Prior experience in instructional design is strongly preferred Experience with long-term strategic planning at a large division or company level Experience in a specific domain or industry vertical is a plus Prior consultative sales experience is a plus
