Senior Manager of Data Analytics
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Data Analytics, Remote Nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to team members Develop a deep understanding of data and business processes related to external payer data for quality programs and performance reporting Design data integration processes and validate data pipelines to ensure data quality and optimize operational performance Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 4+ years of experience working with healthcare data and reporting 2+ years of Cloud experience using Snowflake, APIs, Kafka, Azure Databricks 1+ years of previous manager and/or team lead experience
