Senior Purchase Coordinator

A company is looking for a Sr. Purchase Coordinator to assist licensed Retail Loan Officers and communicate with customers regarding mortgage loan pre-approvals. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and Loan Officers in gathering loan information and documentation for pre-approval Engage with customers to establish rapport and educate them about the pre-approval process Input data into the system and follow up with customers regarding their loan applications Required Qualifications Previous experience in call center or inside customer service/sales Knowledge of the mortgage loan process Proven outgoing and energetic personality with a willingness to learn High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred 2 or more years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
