Key Responsibilities Establish and manage an efficient workflow for graphics and photography project requests Serve as the central point of contact for design and photography project submissions Develop and implement standardized intake forms and processes within existing technology platforms Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a traffic coordinator, project coordinator, or similar role in a marketing or creative environment Proficiency in project management software and tools including Monday.com and Smartsheet Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems is desirable Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
