Senior Retirement Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Retirement Analyst to provide full-service plan administration for defined contribution clients in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Administer defined contribution plans, including eligibility determination and contribution analysis Perform discrimination testing, prepare government filings, and review distributions and loans Identify and correct plan errors through document review and regulatory research Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in defined contribution administration ASPPA designation is preferred Experience with Relius and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications General knowledge of data analytics and statistics, ideally with a 4-year degree in Mathematics, Business, or a related field Additional demonstrated experience may substitute for education
