A company is looking for a Senior Risk Officer - Strategic Risk Oversight (Remote). Key Responsibilities Oversee Enterprise Risk Management with a focus on climate risk, developing new processes and strategies for risk management Manage recruitment, training, and development of associates while ensuring work performance standards are met Partner with business units to implement ERM program policies and lead organizational training on risk awareness Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience Preferred Education: Advanced Degree Knowledge of risk techniques, practices, and control frameworks Understanding of banking and government regulatory requirements and processes Ability to work effectively with associates, senior management, and various committees
