Senior People Partner
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing People Experience Partner team to align with business strategy
Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, shaping talent strategies and driving organizational change
Oversee the execution of core people programs across the employee lifecycle and enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
Experience leading People teams through change, preferably in a remote environment
Extensive background in talent and organizational development, employee relations, and performance management
Hands-on experience with internal investigations of employee claims and concerns
Strong management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
