Senior Sales Enablement Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Manager, Sales Methodology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the rollout and adoption of the enterprise-wide sales methodology and develop the enablement strategy
Design and deliver enablement programs and content to integrate sales methodology into daily activities
Conduct performance analyses and gather feedback to continuously improve training and coaching programs
Required Qualifications
10+ years in sales enablement and/or enterprise sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience leading the implementation of a structured sales methodology and developing enablement programs
Deep understanding of solution-based sales cycles and enterprise buying behaviors
Strong skills in needs analysis, instructional design, and program management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
