Key Responsibilities Provide direction on legislation and rule-making processes, including coordination of stakeholder groups Prepare and track reports for administrative actions and conduct legal research to advise management Maintain and update the Division's Policy and Procedure Manuals and assist in developing specialized policies Required Qualifications Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or accredited institution One year of paralegal experience Two years of relevant work experience may substitute for the certificate A Juris Doctorate may substitute for the required certificate Experience in writing state rules, statutes, and legal policies is preferred
