Senior Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master contractor to lead and manage scrum teams on complex Agile programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead scrum ceremonies and facilitate collaboration to enhance work delivery for product and program teams Plan and manage software releases for complex initiatives to ensure timely updates and benefit realization Facilitate backlog refinement and optimize resource deployment to maximize work value and reduce costs Required Qualifications: Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred 10+ years of experience in a relevant field Experience as an RTE or Agile Coach is preferred Experience supervising and directing people and resources for specific outcomes Retail experience is a plus; Manhattan experience is highly desirable
