A company is looking for a Provider Services Representative. Key Responsibilities Process authorizations and customer service requests while maintaining confidentiality Resolve customer complaints and communicate eligibility and authorization inquiries Support team activities and participate in improving service operations Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of call center experience Ability to handle a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls daily Demonstrated ability in using computer and Microsoft applications Flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime as needed
