Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to enhance customers' cybersecurity strategies
Lead security incident handling for customers, ensuring effective response, investigation, and resolution
Build and maintain relationships across various levels of customer organizations to foster collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in the cybersecurity domain, including Information Security and incident response
Proficiency in the Microsoft Defender suite of products
Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders in complex organizational environments
Ability to evaluate and communicate customer needs and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
