Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
5+ years of IT Service Management experience in a client-facing role
In-depth knowledge of technologies such as Mainframe, Open Systems, and Virtualization
Experience in client relationship management and operational environments
Understanding of escalation procedures and incident management related to service delivery
Proficient understanding of ITIL principles
